Weighing in at 340 pounds at my heaviest and getting humiliated at Universal Studios by being removed from a ride for being too large, I started a keto diet in February of 2018. I have lost and maintained a -175 lb weight loss ever since! No gym, no pills, no surgeries, no paid meal plans. Just keto and learning how to change my behavior with food.
