Let’s talk COFFEE aka LIFEBLOOD. For the last 6 months or so, I’ve been fuckin with this dairy-free zero carb creamer bullshit and I love it. Heavy cream is cool but it’s also about 100 calories and 1 carb for 2 tablespoons. I’m not trying to waste carbs on coffee when I suck down 2 or 3 hefty mugs most mornings. All of the creamers in this photo are zero carbs and 15 calories or less for 2 tablespoons. ⠀

I’ll have to try those creamers. I use regular half and half (1/2 tablespoon per cup) and Pyure sweetener. I can’t do black coffee.

Ugh I can’t get the creamers bc I moved to Scotland! How are the Skinny Syrups though? I always hesitate to try stuff like that bc some can have an awful aftertaste
@ketohalfasser ugh I miss having Sprouts around! I loved the place when I lived in OK (so much so that I worked there haha) but don’t have one anywhere near me now in VA – I’ll have to see if maybe Target or Fresh Market here carry them!
